Research overview

Our lab is conducting research on food biotechnology using diverse biochemical methods, such as X-ray Crystallography, Cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, and so forth. Currently, bacterial multi-drug efflux pumps from food-poisoning pathogens and the enzymes that are involved in the food biotechnology are undergoing research topics.
